My mum got out of the hospital last week.. Wednesday I believe.. She does sound much better... but I am still worried about her taking it easy.

We used to have this class called "Listening".   We were required to keep a journal that the teacher would then "count" the number of entries... I spent 41 dollars on some SUPERFOOD powder.   That had protien stuff, green stuff, probiotics etc... Actually it is pretty good.  However it is UBER expensive.  3 bucks for one packet.

It is supposed to be I guess kind of like a meal replacer.
